Ordering
How do I place an order?
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — within 24 hours of ordering. Just message us and we’ll update your order. After 24 hours, we may already be crafting your pair.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and select European countries. If you’re unsure about your location, message us before ordering.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes tracking easier.
Personalization
What can I customize?
Your name, wedding date, font style, color of rhinestones, placement of pearls, and more. Everything on the sneaker can be tailored.
What fonts are available?
We offer a curated selection of bridal-friendly fonts — from classic script to clean modern. Preview them in the Customizer as you design.
Can I upload my own design or font?
Yes. If you have a specific font or idea, share an image in the order notes or message us — we’ll do our best to match it.
Will I see my design before production?
Yes — you see your design in real time as you build it in our Customizer. That’s your preview. If you’d like an extra check from us after ordering, just message us and we’ll send a photo confirmation before we start crafting.
Delivery
How long will it take to arrive?
About 13–15 days total. That’s 5–7 business days to handcraft your pair, plus 6–9 business days for tracked shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
How is my order shipped?
Every order is shipped with trusted shipping partners — fully tracked and insured from our workshop to your door.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, to all countries we ship to. No hidden fees.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Our sneakers follow Air Force 1-style sizing. Open our Sizing Guide to view the chart and learn how to measure your foot.
Are the sneakers true to size?
For most people, yes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if I’m unsure about sizing?
Message us before ordering with your foot measurement in centimeters. We’ll help you pick the right size personally.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return personalized sneakers?
Because each pair is handmade and personalized just for you, we don’t accept general returns. We DO replace or refund in two cases: if the product doesn’t match the listing, or if it’s damaged during shipping.
What if my sneakers are damaged in shipping?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost.
What if the wrong product was shipped?
If the item doesn’t match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund.
What about other reasons — change of mind, sizing, etc.?
For anything outside the two cases above, we review individually but cannot guarantee a refund. This is why we strongly recommend reaching out with sizing questions BEFORE ordering.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure encrypted checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, no installment options are available at checkout. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Rush Orders
My wedding is in 3 weeks — can you still make it?
Often, yes. We can deliver in 7–10 days total with a rush order. Message us BEFORE placing your order so we can confirm the timeline and quote the rush fee.
Is there an extra fee for rush orders?
Yes. The rush fee varies based on your date and design — we quote transparently before you order.
How do I request a rush order?
Email support@crazysneak.com or message us on Instagram (@crazysneakstudio) with your wedding date and the style you want. We reply within 24 hours.
